Cancellations
- All private bookings carry a 24 hours cancellation notice. If you do not cancel in this time frame you will be charged 50%-100% of the lesson fee. If your player is sick please let the professional know ASAP.
- Clinics are booked on a monthly basis at the listed clinic rates through the Active Class Manager system. All clinics are rain or shine unless court availability dictates a cancellation. Clinic fees are non-refundable. If your player has to miss class for injury or illness we will issue a credit for future use to your Active Booking Account. All communications in regards to clinic updates, weather and court changes will be done through GroupMe. Please make sure you have joined the correct PLPro Group
